Traineeships
Under the guise of a supportive and thoughtful traineeship program, AIE has focused on training practical skills in candidates who may not have had FIFO (fly-in and fly-out) experience prior to undertaking the traineeship with the company. The focus placed on candidates with a HR license allows for the provision of comprehensive, on-the-job training which equips trainees with the necessary skills needed for their role but supports them through the learning process.
The AIE traineeship program aids trainees in becoming familiar with:

Fostering their confidence and competence
The flexibility of the program allows an individual to work at their own pace before being signed off by a Cert IV workplace trainer and assessor in a way which is considerate to them and ensures all trainees are genuinely ready to independently handle their responsibilities.
